This blog is written by Janine Burden – Director of Baby Signs Australia.  A mother and homemaker who prior to this, started out as an early childhood educator; primary school teacher, youth tutor and then adult educator and consultant.  Then, when her little babies were delivered to her and her husband by a stork – her preferred birth story – she decided to utilise her seventeen plus years of education in a stunning way and became the Director of Baby Signs Australia.

Dr. Linda Acredolo and Dr. Susan Goodwyn invited Janine in 2007 to become the Director of the Baby Signs Australia and New Zealand after her training with them in the US.  She currently lives in Brisbane, Australia; with her husband, her two children and their dog.
